Our Classes

Group classes are 50 minutes long. Classes are currently in English only. We offer three types of classes as well as privates and semi-privates. We believe change comes from consistency and connection. Our studio is designed to be as empowering as the peaks that surround us: strong, supportive, and unwavering.

ROOTS (Beginner Level)

WHO IT'S FOR: Everyone. Beginners. Those managing injuries, craving a slower pace, or connecting with their form.

All trees need strong roots. This entry level class builds your Pilates foundation with slow, simple moves with powerful results! Learn the reformer, master the basics, and grow your strength, balance and mobility. We recommend a couple of rounds in Roots before branching into our more challenging sessions – but as always, go at your own pace!

GROOVE  (Open Level)

WHO IT'S FOR: Confident beginners, intermediates and anyone wanting to challenge themselves. 

Get your groove on, sweat on, and feel that burn. This open-level class blends full-body strength, rhythm, and precision. Whether you’re new to the carriage or an experienced mover, every class offers layers so you can level it up or dial it down. One thing’s certain: you’ll leave feeling accomplished, stronger, and with a spring in your step.

MOBILITY/ STRETCH

WHO IT'S FOR: Everyone. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter.

Ease into movement with slow, feel-good mobility flows. Think mellow beats, juicy stretches, and that post-class "ahhh" feeling. Perfect for unwinding tight hips, shoulders, and spines — or just resetting your body after a big week on (or off) the mountain.

Pregnancy-friendly options are provided to ensure every session feels safe, supportive, and empowering — tailored with care to your unique needs.

Our Privates, Semi-Privates & Events 

Experience one-on-one training designed entirely around you. If you’re looking to progress at your own pace, recovering from injury, or aiming to deepen your Pilates practice, privates are for you! Maximise your time with our expert trainers. 

We also offer semi-privates for up to four people, as well as private bookings for special events, celebrations, or corporate sessions. Personalised, focused, and flexible — it’s Pilates on your terms.
