Why am I being told I already have an account when it’s my first time?

Our booking platform is Bsport, which other studios also use — if you’ve booked elsewhere on Bsport, you already have a profile. Instead of creating a new account, select ‘Sign In’ and press ‘Reset Password’. A password reset link will be emailed to you and you’ll be good to go!

What is the minimum participant & cancellation policy for classes?

We have a 2 person minimum policy for group classes.
If only one person is enrolled, we will contact you 2 hours before the start time to reschedule or refund.
Itching to keep the class? You can choose to upgrade your group session to a private class for a 50CHF top up!

What should I wear & bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable, form‑fitting clothing that lets you move freely. Avoid anything too baggy, as it can catch on the equipment.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, you can borrow or purchase them at the studio.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Is there parking?

Yes! We are conveniently located next to the Marais Verts underground carpark facility. Marais Verts offers 90 minutes free.

Do I need to book a private class before joining groups?

Accepted Answer

No need. Just turn up 10 minutes ahead to your first class to get to know your trainer and our reformers!

Can you join any class right away?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all classes will be scaled to your current ability. If new to reformer, we recommend trying ROOTS, our beginner level class first.

Is there a shower?

Yes, we do have a shower on site. Please bring your own towel.

Are pets allowed?

No sorry, for the comfort of others please leave your furry friends at home. If in a private, feel free to bring them along!

Grip Socks, what are they about?

For safety and hygiene purposes we ask you to wear grip socks during class. They can be bought in studio.
